Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Honolulu is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be the face and voice of our office. This role supports applicants, clients, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with hours 7:30 AM–5:00 PM and a benefits package that includes weekly pay, insurance options, a 401(k) with matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Typing speed 50+ WPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist applicants, associates, clients, and visitors.
• Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls.
• Assist with new hire paperwork and employment documents.
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
• Support recruiting and sales teams.
• Keep the front office organized and welcoming.
