Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research inventory, product information, and replacement parts for customers.
• Assist customers with missing or damaged items and help resolve concerns.
• Coordinate furniture deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and returns.
• Process invoices, payments, credits, and customer account transactions.
• Conduct credit checks and assist with financing documentation.
• Communicate with customers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.
