  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate courier services.
  • Maintain reception and common office areas in a clean and professional condition.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, breakroom supplies, and other routine administrative inventory.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and visitor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Assist departments with miscellaneous clerical and administrative projects.
  • Support company events, meetings, and employee activities as assigned.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Commercial Director & Human Resource Manager
