Job summary

Chicago ENT is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our call center to manage inbound scheduling and patient communications across ENT and related services. You will handle high volumes of calls, online requests, referrals, and EMR data entry, ensuring timely, accurate appointment coordination and follow-up.

The role requires strong customer service, proficiency with EMR systems, and, ideally, bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work within an EMR database and navigate through a Windows environment.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 90% or greater accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet Call Center performance standards (average hold time, first-contact resolution, routing, abandonment/transfer rates).
• Schedule and register patients for ENT, Sleep, Imaging, Cosmetic, Allergy, Audiology, Oral Appliance, and Post-Operative visits.
• Enter demographic, insurance, and appointment information into the EMR accurately.
