Job summary

Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Call Center to manage inbound scheduling and patient communications across ENT, Sleep, Imaging, and related services. The role requires professionalism and accuracy in handling inquiries and coordinating appointments.

You will handle high call volume, online scheduling, referrals, and EMR data entry, reporting to the Call Center Lead.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Experience as healthcare call center representative or medical scheduler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet established Call Center performance standards (hold time, call handling, first-contact resolution).
• Schedule and register patients for ENT, Sleep, Imaging, Cosmetic, and related visits.
• Enter demographic, insurance, and appointment info into the EMR accurately.
