Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or 1+ year excellent performance in a similar role.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and teamwork abilities; capable of independent work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems; HIPAA privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily activities for assigned practice locations.
• Ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, paperwork, and chart preparation to keep operations smooth.
• Support front desk coverage and onboarding of new coordinators.
• Assist clinicians with administrative duties and scheduling needs.
• Maintain a pleasant, secure, and efficient work environment.
