Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role.
• Experience in healthcare settings or patient registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties including check-in, check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and collect demographics.
• Answer phones, provide information and direct patients as needed.
• Process payments and enter charges accurately in the system.
• Assist with medical records duties as requested.
