Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Greet and register all patients.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and enter into system.
• Collect co-pays and other payments and prepare daily deposit & reconciliation report.
• Relay phone messages to/from providers and log them.
• Provide clerical support (typing, mail, faxes, supplies).
• Prepare patient/treatment area and maintain department order.
• Assist patients with impairments and provide direct patient care across age groups if needed.
