Qualifications

• Computer skills are required.
• Clerical experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors at the point of service.
• Verify patients’ demographics and insurance information.
• Register patients and obtain necessary signatures.
• Determine patients’ out-of-pocket expenses and collect payments as appropriate.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Answer switchboard and handle medical records management.
