Fairfield Inn & Suites in Germantown, TN is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager to oversee guest services, supervision of breakfast attendants, and daily front desk operations. You will help ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and maintain high guest satisfaction.

You will manage schedules, payroll-related tasks, and front desk inventories while enforcing brand standards and attendance policies. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks.
• Initial point of contact for all front desk and breakfast attendants.
• Completes reports including Bills, Petty Cash, weekly schedule, payroll, and Employee Logs.
• Maintain inventories for Front Desk and Market within budget guidelines.
• Assist with Brand standard training, GXP reporting, and guest chat reviews.
• Enforce time and attendance policies and front desk procedures for accurate billing.
• Post in back office daily guest scores and office communications.
• Respond to guest issues professionally and promptly with front office staff.
• Address OTA guest reviews and daily system reports.
• Research and resolve guest complaints per established guidelines.
• Be prepared to cover shifts to ensure full coverage.
