Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily operations for assigned practice group locations.
• Manage scheduling, paperwork, and patient demographics to ensure readiness.
• Handle payments, insurance eligibility, and triage inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Support clinicians and onboard new Practice Coordinators; travel between sites as needed.
