Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or 1+ year exceptional performance in similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily activities across assigned practice locations; ensure quality patient service in-person and remote.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and payments; ensure accuracy of demographics and charts.
• Provide general clinician support and assist with administrative duties like letters and faxes.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Practice Coordinators; ensure front office coverage across the group.
