Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead Practice Coordinator in Massachusetts to oversee front office operations across multiple locations and ensure outstanding patient service for in-person and telehealth visits. You will manage schedules, verify insurance, collect payments, and lead onboarding and training for new staff.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, HIPAA awareness, and ability to travel between sites within the Practice Group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associates/bachelor’s preferred.
• Healthcare operations experience or strong performance in similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily activities across practice group locations.
• Ensure quality patient service for in-person and remote patients.
• Manage scheduling, insurance eligibility, and payments.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Practice Coordinators.
• Coordinate KPI achievement and process improvements.
