Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of high-volume medical office experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front office operations, fostering a positive, patient-centered culture.
• Manage front office staffing, scheduling and coverage to support efficient daily operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach and develop front office staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain accurate front office functions (authorizations, charge posting, records).
• Monitor expenses and inventory, ensuring cost control and timely office supplies ordering.
• Assist and support all essential functions of the Patient Service Specialist role.
