Job summary

Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking an energetic, service-driven Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office to lead daily Front Office operations and guide team performance at our Park City property.

Role may involve assisting Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments as needed, with open availability including weekends and holidays. Strong candidates have hotel leadership experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of progressive hotel leadership experience preferred.
• Experience training and developing colleagues to improve operations and customer engagement.
• Working experience with Opera Cloud and HotSOS.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Office operations and colleague performance.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Assist with training and ongoing development of team members.
• Process payroll and support accurate timekeeping practices.
• Provide personalized service and support for VIP guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction goals and service standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and operational procedures.
