Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must communicate clearly and handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to analyze information and manage payroll and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain attendance and ensure compliance with hotel standards and scheduling needs.
• Oversee housekeeping, front/back of house, public areas and laundry operations.
• Prepare employee schedules and payroll-related reports weekly to General Manager.
• Train, coach and conduct performance appraisals for housekeeping staff.
• Monitor housekeeping inventories, purchases and supply pars monthly.
