Bay Area Foot Care is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist for our San Francisco office. You will be the first contact for patients, handling calls, scheduling, and front-office tasks with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate has prior medical front-office experience, excellent customer service, and is detail-oriented. In this in-person role, you will support doctors and staff across daily operations and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone with a courteous attitude.
• Schedule new and follow-up patient appointments.

• Route electronic faxes to the appropriate team.
• Verify insurance benefits and deductibles.
• Assist staff with front office duties and EMR use.
