Express Employment Professionals - Hawaii in Honolulu is hiring a Front Office Manager to start immediately. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with up to $24/hr plus benefits.

As the face of the Honolulu office, you will greet applicants, answer calls, handle new hire paperwork, perform data entry, and support recruiting and sales teams to keep the front office running smoothly.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of administrative/customer service experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; 50+ WPM typing speed preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist applicants, associates, clients, and visitors
• Answer and direct a high volume of phone calls
• Assist with new hire paperwork and employment documents
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties
• Support our recruiting and sales teams
• Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
