What You Will Bring To The Table

• Strong background in customer service, premium or luxury preferred
• Ability to de-escalate high-pressure guest complaints, manage VIP arrivals, and consistently drive Brand Standard Audit compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in motivating teams to elevate guest experience
• Open availability, with an emphasis on evenings
• Marriott FSPMS knowledge preferred
