Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP is seeking a Front Office Manager at Homewood Suites Windsor Locks, CT. You will lead the front desk team, set standards for guest service, and partner with other departments to deliver outstanding stays.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy hotel environment, with opportunities to impact guest loyalty daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar hotel front office leadership role.
• Hilton brand experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills essential for guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work long hours and cover all 3 shifts when needed.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor with guests and staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and scheduling for the front office team.
• Proactively build relationships with long-term and repeat guests to develop loyalty.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Supervise front office, hotel Market and F&B breakfast inventory within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure all front desk checklists and procedures are followed and error-free.
• Post and reconcile charges; manage cash handling procedures.
• Support month-end reporting and other financial processes as needed.
