Requirements include 2-3 years hotel leadership and a Bachelor's Degree; Servsafe certification is a plus. The role demands long hours and a customer‑centric, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years progressive hotel experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and mentor hotel departments and teams.
• Direct management of Front Office operations.
• Champion great service and empower employees to take care of guests.
• Cultivate guest relationships to build loyalty and satisfaction.
• Handle issues to reach guest/employee satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and tasks completed.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll tasks.
