Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP at Homewood Suites Windsor Locks, CT seeks an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead a dedicated team and uphold brand standards while delivering a comfortable guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety, train staff, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk, ensuring a high quality product and guest satisfaction. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required; comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to move, bend, lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, counsel, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and budgeting within the department.
• Inspect cleanliness to ensure brand standards are met consistently.
• Greet guests and build relationships to develop loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Front Desk to ensure high quality service levels.
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain productivity targets.
