Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year hotel experience.
• Front Office supervisory experience preferred; Hyatt experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of hotel experience; combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Manage front desk staff, supervise check-in/check-out, resolve guest issues.
• Report to Director of Operations or General Manager.
• Advancement opportunities within hospitality management.
