Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee guest services operations on-site. You will lead front desk staff, ensure exemplary service, and collaborate with housekeeping to optimize guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, budget participation, and acting as manager on duty to resolve issues and improve overall performance. A background in hospitality and customer service is essential, with 1–3 years in a supervisory

Qualifications

• Experience using branded property management system of Franchise.
• Customer service experience required.
• Attention to detail and supervisory capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor activities of Front Office staff to standards of excellence.
• Schedule guest service team members according to labor standards and occupancy.
• Conduct employee training and development; assist in performance reviews and disciplinary action.
• Conduct applicant screening and initial interviews of guest services applicants.
• Act as manager on duty, handle complaints and special requests.
• Develop short and long-term plans for the guest services department and assist in budgeting.
• Aim to achieve budgeted revenues and maximize profitability of the guest services area.
• Coordinate daily activities with hotel management and hold monthly department meetings.
