Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations and ensure guest rooms meet high standards. You will manage room assignments, coordinate with maintenance, and supervise staffing for nightly needs in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and efficient routines, with opportunities to train staff and resolve guest inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and honesty.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to seek out work.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Strong planning, organizing, and leadership adaptability.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Consent to pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign rooms for Housekeepers and allocate extra help for deep cleaning.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to stock housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure all cleaned rooms are updated in the computer system.
• Maintain and log lost and found items.
• Lock storage areas and oversee time clock punches.
• Ensure sufficient linens for the night Housekeepers.
• Assist in training and performance terminations of Housekeepers.
• Ensure rooms meet standards and handle guest inquiries or complaints.
