Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Desk Manager to supervise front desk, bell, valet and concierge operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager. The role emphasizes guest service, training, employee relations and purchasing when required.

You will act as manager on duty, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling guest requests, and supporting a professional, high-quality guest experience in a dynamic resort environment in Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel front desk and reservations operations
• Minimum of 6 to 12 months of supervisory experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sirius and Visual One
• Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance
