Hilton Harrisburg is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front office operations, drive guest satisfaction, and protect revenue profitability. The role requires strong staff leadership, budgeting oversight, and hands-on supervision across reservations, front desk, and guest services.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years' experience in front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue objectives.
• Manage, train, and supervise front office staff and scheduling to maintain service and productivity standards.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and within company guidelines.
• Monitor room reservations, front office systems, inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budgeting to maximize revenue.
• Communicate with guests and employees, organize meetings, and disseminate information to staff.
• Implement and monitor corporate marketing programs, including HHonors.
• IS Manager on Duty in rotation with G.S.M. for guest services.
