Job description

Join to apply for the Front Office Manager role at MARQUEE HOSPITALITY.

This role involves assisting in managing day-to-day hotel operations, maximizing financial returns, developing staff, creating a unique guest experience, executing brand standards, and building brand awareness in the local community. The candidate will act as General Manager in the absence of the GM.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans.
  2. Manage hotel operations across all departments and provide regular guidance.
  3. Record and input credit card and petty cash transactions into the hotel’s Google Drive folder.
  4. Recommend capital improvements to enhance hotel assets and brand loyalty.
  5. Complete monthly EOM reports by the specified deadline.
  6. Manage daily operations, assign tasks, and set performance goals.
  7. Oversee front desk and shuttle staff, ensuring checklists are completed.
  8. Manage staff scheduling within payroll budgets.
  9. Communicate operational issues to management and ensure coordination between front desk and housekeeping.
  10. Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to staff to improve performance and resolve conflicts.
