The Front Office Manager is responsible for:

Overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing the front desk team efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and supervising staff responsibilities across shifts, ensuring procedures are followed and resolving complaints.
  • Overseeing Front Office Managers and Front Desk Agents to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Conducting team meetings, managing supplies, creating schedules, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintaining communication with all departments, supervising systems impacting guest experiences, and handling guest complaints and incidents.
  • Managing billing, reservations, and the hotel’s master keys, participating in budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Implementing SOPs, promoting guest satisfaction, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management in a hotel/resort.
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages preferred.
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, reservations systems.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.A. required; no relocation assistance provided.

Salary: $58,500 annually
