This role involves supervising all front office personnel, ensuring the completion of front office duties, and coordinating activities across the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. The position also includes preparing monthly reports and managing the front office budget.
Education: Minimum two-year college degree, proficient in primary workplace language.
Experience: At least one year of supervisory experience at a hotel front desk, with cash handling, accounting, and administrative skills. Knowledge of Hilton's OnQ PMS is preferred.
