Your attention to detail will help the General Manager with other administrative responsibilities, such as preparing biweekly timecards for submission to payroll and assisting with vendor management.Your passion for the hospitality industry and deep understanding of all aspects of guest service in a hotel operation setting will be an asset as you will frequently work with the on-site leadership team to achieve revenue goals, hire, train and develop new staff, address guest concerns quickly and effectively, and ensure the hotel meets its regulatory obligations.Your friendly, efficient, and high-touch approach is perfect when engaging with guests and team members.
