This oceanfront, all-suite hotel reopened in July 2019 after undergoing a $35 Million complete transformation, and we are now seeking motivated, enthusiastic professionals to become integral members of our team.
You will use your five years of hotel experience (including two-plus years of front desk supervisory experience) in a four-star or five-star hotel to direct and coordinate the front desk and guest services daily. Your attention to detail will help the General Manager with other administrative responsibilities, such as preparing biweekly timecards for submission to payroll and assisting with vendor management.
Your passion for the hospitality industry and deep understanding of all aspects of guest service in a hotel operation setting will be an asset as you will frequently work with the on‑site leadership team to achieve revenue goals, hire, train and develop new staff, address guest concerns quickly and effectively, and ensure the hotel meets its regulatory obligations.
Your friendly, efficient, and high‑touch approach is perfect when engaging with guests and team members. Still, you can maintain and enforce company standards regarding operational processes and procedures related to the hotel’s front desk and bellmen.
You will work a full‑time hospitality schedule defined by operational needs, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to conform to hotel dress and grooming standards, which include wearing the hotel‑issued uniform, no visible tattoos while wearing a uniform, no unnatural hair colors, no piercings other than one pair of earrings, and neatly groomed facial hair.

New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn 80 hours of paid sick leave per year. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year. *To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
