Join our team as a key member responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office staff. Your duties will include scheduling, planning, and implementing strategies to ensure a flawless guest experience. Conduct routine inspections to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Assist in revenue generation and maximizing company processes. As the manager on duty, you will lead our team to success.
This role requires basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with one to two years of Front Office/Hilton experience.
