What you will be doing
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the front office staff; schedule, plan, develop, and communicate departmental strategies and goals. Responsible for scheduling and regularly conducting routine inspections of the front office and public areas to ensure these areas reflect a welcoming environment for our guests. You will assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full use of company systems, processes, and standards. Serve as the manager on duty as required by hotel leadership. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required. May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays. Ability to perform the following: talk, hear, and interact with guests; stand and use hands to handle objects; walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; stand for long periods.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to two years of related experience and/or training.
