Description

As our Front Office Manager, you will be involved with all aspects of front office operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the front desk, guest satisfaction, and product quality standards are met or exceeded.

This position requires flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements
  • Ensure that departments achieve or exceed guest's service expectations
  • Prepare team member schedules in accordance with budgets and forecasts
  • Train staff in financial control procedures and ensure compliance
  • Recommend local attractions and restaurants to guests
  • Inform guests of hotel services and amenities
  • Manage HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate maintenance requests with other departments
  • Monitor bookings to manage overselling situations
Qualifications
  • Ability to operate hotel PMS Systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Motivated team player with strong initiative
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under stress
  • Approachable and committed to guest service
Physical Demands

Employees must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and lift/move up to 25 pounds as necessary.
