Shaner Hotels has an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club located in Marathon, Florida. The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

The role involves directing staff, handling guest needs, and enforcing hotel standards to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Experience in a similar role is preferred, with supervisory background a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position. Prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Front Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to staff.
