Job summary

The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa in Portland, ME, is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead the Front Office and Guest Services teams. This hands-on role requires supervising Front Desk, Night Audit, Guest Services, Bell/Door/Valet, and Overnight Security/Valet while maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operations, coach staff, and resolve guest concerns with a calm, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• Proven ability to lead front office teams and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and support Front Office and Guest Services team members.
• Oversee Front Desk Supervisors, Guest Service Agents, Night Auditors, and related roles.
• Provide hands-on support in Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit, and other operations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS, Silverware POS, and SynXis booking systems.
• Manage staffing, coverage, and communication across the department.
• Train and develop employees to uphold hospitality standards.
