Job summary

RAINMAKER TEAM LLC is seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk and guest services operations of our hotel in Maumee, Ohio. You will lead a team of guest service agents, coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, and ensure a welcoming and efficient check-in experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of guest services or leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of guest service agents, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the daily operation of the front desk and housekeeping, including handling guest check-ins, check-outs, managing cleaning standards, and requests
• Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organised lobby area and adhering to safety protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reports
• Other duties as assigned
