Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across maintenance disciplines (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule daily work tasks for the maintenance team.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests; address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and safety inspections; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses; assist in budgeting and cost-saving measures.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; maintain supplier/vendor relationships.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget expenditures, and staff performance for management.
