Job summary

The Windsor Suites Philadelphia, managed by Modus for PM Hotel Group, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure smooth, guest-focused operations. You will guide staff to deliver exceptional service and drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have hotel leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk leadership experience preferred.
• Two years in hotels plus two years in a hotel leadership role (Manager+).
• Experience in coaching, mentoring and teambuilding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk and related functions, ensuring procedures are followed by staff.
• Provide business expertise and strategic perspective to drive guest services while balancing service quality with business needs.
• Oversee and participate in guest registration and checkout processes.
