Qualifications

• 2+ yrs supervisory experience overseeing front desk or customer service‑related team members.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out promptly and professionally.
• Acknowledge guests, respond promptly, and anticipate needs while maintaining positive relations.
• Assist with staffing levels and scheduling for front desk staff and related roles.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising front desk agents and PBX operators.
• Resolve guest complaints with investigation and creative problem solving to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate POS/reservations system accurately and manage daily transactions and reporting.
