Responsibilities

• Manage team schedules and coverage for absences
• Assign daily tasks and balance workloads to meet deadlines
• Coach team members and handle performance feedback
• Lead employee reviews with practice leadership
• Train new staff and help current staff build skills
• Schedule appointments, complete intake paperwork, answer questions, handle payments
• Resolve patient concerns and involve others for support
• Identify and improve front office processes and communication with clinical team
• Protect patient privacy and follow clinic policies
