Job summary

Boone Physician Services LLC is seeking a front office lead at the Primary Care Clinic in Moberly, MO. You will manage patient flow, check-in, and scheduling while supporting the Central Billing Office with patient financial records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• No Experience Preferred Qualifications
• Associate Degree < 2 Years’ Experience

Responsibilities

• Handles telephone calls from patients, forwarding calls needing triage.
• Performs receptionist duties.
• Verifies health insurance payment information and educates patients on applicable regulations.
• Collects payments and records data.
• Charge entry, which includes assigning diagnostic codes and entering all physician related and clinic charges.
• Coordinates information with Central Billing Office to ensure all charges are captured and properly collected.
• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
