Qualifications

• 2+ years in Front Office or Rooms Division.
• Strong verbal and written skills; confident leading briefings and handling guest concerns.
• Experience with Opera, HotSOS, is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities like scheduling, VIP arrivals, and shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Front Office Hosts, Guest Service Agents, and Concierge.
• Oversee daily front desk operations; ensure smooth arrivals, personalized service, and efficient departures.
• Lead shift operations and pre-shift briefings; ensure consistent execution of front desk functions.
