You will recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, manage schedules, coordinate transportation, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high service standards. This is a salaried role with opportunities for growth and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising lodging front desk staff required.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonnel skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be computer literate and have a working understanding of MS Office Suite.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean DMV record.
• Must be able to drive curving mountain roads in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front desk operations, concierge and bell staff services, ticket sales, and guest check-in/check-out.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise department personnel.
• Develop weekly schedules within budget to ensure adequate staffing.
• Respond promptly to owner and guest requests and resolve issues with urgency and empathy.
• Review monthly financial statements and manage records and budgets.
• Coordinate owner/guest transportation as needed.
• Improve front desk procedures and communication with other departments.
