Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service supervisory responsibility in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Adaptable interpersonal skills to communicate with all hotel levels.
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word for spreadsheets and proposals.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules to meet hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Front Desk and Guest Services teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee interview, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivation of teammates.
• Ensure shifts are properly covered and guest interactions are handled with high hospitality.
• Coach on operational metrics, P&L awareness, and action plans to address issues.
• Participate in daily/weekly management meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with external vendors to maintain quality and timely work.
• Lead safety, security, and emergency procedures for guests and staff.
• Champion hotel-wide initiatives and communicate priorities to the team.
