The Front Office Lead serves as the primary coordinator and point of contact for daily front office operations within the clinic. This position supports the management team by overseeing the activities of front office medical receptionists related to patient registration, scheduling, billing, and phone coverage. The Front Office Lead ensures the delivery of compassionate, professional, and efficient service to patients and families while maintaining effective workflow and communication across the team.
