Grand Hyatt Washington in downtown Washington, D.C. is hiring a Front Office Control Clerk. You will manage room inventory, assign blocks for groups and guest preferences, and support guest registration and hotel promotions.

The role offers shifts between 7:00am and 11:30pm, including weekends and holidays, with potential for advancement into management. The hourly rate starts at $22.50, increasing to $23.00 after six months.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and thorough understanding of hotel Front Office operations preferred.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings any day.
