Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is hiring a Front Office Host for hourly, full-time work at our downtown hotel. You will greet guests, check in/out, promote hotel services, and help deliver the guest experience with a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications include a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior hotel experience is preferred; flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are required.

• Face of Hyatt; assist guests with inquiries, payments, and guest satisfaction.
