Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Front Office Colleagues to engage with guests at the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. You will handle guest registrations, communicate hotel services and promotions, and serve as the welcoming face of Hyatt.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, flexibility in scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a global hospitality brand. Open interviews are planned onsite with walk-in participants encouraged.

Qualifications

• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
• You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Colleague in delivering guest experiences.
• Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, problem resolution and guest satisfaction.
